La tecnologia messa in campo offre una batteria ermetica a ricombinazione di gas regolata da valvole.
Il processo di funzionamento, che esclude ogni interazione con l’esterno, incanala l’ossigeno liberato dalla piastra positiva a seguito della dissociazione dell’acqua in idrogeno ed ossigeno, per trasportarlo alla piastra negativa per dare avvio nuovamente al processo.
Il risultato è quindi un circuito chiuso e autosufficiente, senza alcuna emissione di gas all’esterno e senza consumo di acqua.
Le batterie per applicazioni Start&Stop devono essere sostituite con batterie Start&Stop avendo cura di utilizzare la medesima tecnologia:

AGM VRLA
La principale caratteristica che distingue una batteria AGM VRLA da una tradizionale è la tecnologia della ricombinazione dei gas.
In una batteria tradizionale al piombo, ad acido libero, durante la fase di ricarica si ha la dissociazione dell’acqua in idrogeno ed ossigeno.
I due gas fuoriescono dai tappi, mentre diminuisce il livello dell’elettrolito all’interno della batteria. Una batteria AGM VRLA, invece, sfrutta il principio della ricombinazione.
Grazie ad uno speciale separatore microporoso (Absorbent Glass Material), impregnato con una quantità controllata di elettrolito, l’ossigeno liberato dalla piastra positiva a seguito della dissociazione dell’acqua, durante la fase di ricarica, può migrare fino a quella negativa, dalla quale viene fissato per poi ricombinarsi con l’idrogeno, ripristinando l’acqua che si era dissociata.
Si instaura cosi un ciclo elettrochimico chiuso, in principio, senza alcuna emissione di gas all’esterno e senza consumo di acqua.
La tecnologia AGM VRLA è ideale per quelle applicazioni che richiedono massima corrente di spunto, estrema resistenza ai cicli di carica e scarica, nessuna manutenzione e nessuna fuoriuscita di liquido e gas.

Returns:
For purchase errors, incompatibility after purchases without sending the pre-purchase booklet or change of mind, product shipments are charged to the customer.
Presumably defective products must be sent to the headquarters by courier or post at your choice and at your own expense, for inspection and sending to the supplier.
In the case of fragile products, or products subject to transport damage, send with insured shipping, in order to avoid unpleasant problems of breakage during travel.
Use original packaging, or if no longer available suitable packaging.
The customer is responsible for the product until it arrives at the premises.
Terms of sale
Conform to the original
All items sold by our company are of original quality, as such they can be used to replace products supplied by car manufacturers without their use being a reason to invalidate the guarantee in accordance with EC regulation no. 1400/2002.
Terms of sale
By completing the purchase, the customer declares to have read and accepted the conditions of sale; the stipulated contract is understood as concluded only after the seller has accepted the order. After the second delivery attempt, the package will be stored at the courier's local branch; all possible storage costs will be charged to the recipient of the package. Please note that the material in storage must be "Unblocked" and cannot be delivered to the customer without our authorization. Please contact us to resolve any issues via email.
Warranty
In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, repairs/replacements will be made by the relevant manufacturer. The company will not assume the costs of returning the defective product to the manufacturer, which will be borne by the customer. In the event of hidden defects, the customer will benefit from the legal guarantee. All returns due to defects must absolutely be accompanied by the receipt/invoice issued at the time of purchase.
Receipt/Invoice
All sales made by our company are accompanied by a regular tax receipt for the full amount. The invoice request must be correlated by request at the time of sale with all billing data. Once the purchase has been made, if not requested in time, a receipt will be issued with no possibility of cancellation.
Right of withdrawal
We accept the return of the product (for an incorrect order by the customer). The request for withdrawal must be made no later than 10 working days from receipt of the object by sending the communication to our email address.
Important notes for returns: the return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the product is not intact, or, due to the lack of the original packaging, absence of integral elements of the same, damage, loss or tampering both for reasons due to the purchaser and for those refutable to the carrier, assembly partial or total. The shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer therefore it is advisable to carry it out with traceable express courier and not through other methods.
