Combustion engines cannot start themselves, but must be started by external power sources. This starting process can be electrical, hydraulic or pneumatic in nature. In most cases, electric motors are used in vehicles, usually referred to as starters or starter motors. Since high frictional and compressive resistances have to be overcome during the starting process, the series-excited DC motor is particularly suitable as a starter due to its high starting torque. The electric starter basically consists of a tubular pole box in which pole pieces, field windings and permanent magnets are housed. The electrical armature with the corresponding winding is located in this box. The clutch relay, also called magnetic switch, is a combination of relay and clutch magnet and is mounted high up in the motor bearing. The pinion drive with roller overrunning clutch, plug lever, carrier and corresponding spring is located in the motor bearing. Operation Starting the engine with the ignition lock activates the engagement relay. Power to the clutch and sucker winding activates the relay armature. This actuates the engagement lever which pushes the drive unit with pinion and roller overrunning clutch against the ring gear of the flywheel. If the pinion is fully engaged, the contact bridge of the engagement relay closes the main circuit of the starter. The starter motor is engaged and begins to turn. The product is sold in bulk boxes.

The following symptoms may indicate a starter motor malfunction if the engine is attempted to start incorrectly:
- No reaction when the ignition start switch is operated
- Starter "pings" but will not start
- The starter motor turns perceptibly but without starting the engine

In the case of fragile products, or products subject to transport damage, send with insured shipping, in order to avoid unpleasant problems of breakage during travel.

By completing the purchase, the customer declares to have read and accepted the conditions of sale; the stipulated contract is understood as concluded only after the seller has accepted the order. After the second delivery attempt, the package will be stored at the courier's local branch; all possible storage costs will be charged to the recipient of the package. Please note that the material in storage must be "Unblocked" and cannot be delivered to the customer without our authorization. Please contact us to resolve any issues via email.
Warranty
In the event of a product defect during the warranty period, repairs/replacements will be made by the relevant manufacturer. The company will not assume the costs of returning the defective product to the manufacturer, which will be borne by the customer. In the event of hidden defects, the customer will benefit from the legal guarantee. All returns due to defects must absolutely be accompanied by the receipt/invoice issued at the time of purchase.
Receipt/Invoice
All sales made by our company are accompanied by a regular tax receipt for the full amount. The invoice request must be correlated by request at the time of sale with all billing data. Once the purchase has been made, if not requested in time, a receipt will be issued with no possibility of cancellation.
Right of withdrawal
We accept the return of the product (for an incorrect order by the customer). The request for withdrawal must be made no later than 10 working days from receipt of the object by sending the communication to our email address.
Important notes for returns: the return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.
The right of withdrawal is lost if the product is not intact, or, due to the lack of the original packaging, absence of integral elements of the same, damage, loss or tampering both for reasons due to the purchaser and for those refutable to the carrier, assembly partial or total. The shipment until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer therefore it is advisable to carry it out with traceable express courier and not through other methods.
